Return Policy

At Twilight Collection, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If something isn’t quite right, we’re happy to help with a return.


Eligibility

  • Returns are accepted within 14 days of delivery for unused products in their original packaging.
  • Please contact us before returning any items to receive return instructions.
  • Refunds apply to the product cost only; shipping charges are non-refundable.

Return Shipping

  • Customers are responsible for the cost of return shipping, unless the item was received damaged or sent in error.
  • We recommend using a tracked shipping method and providing the tracking number once shipped so we can monitor its progress.
  • Please include a copy of your order confirmation inside your return package.

Refunds

  • Refunds are issued to the original form of payment once returned goods have been received and inspected.
  • Only the item amount will be refunded; shipping fees (both outbound and return) are non-refundable.
  • If your order originally qualified for free shipping but you return the entire order, the outbound shipping cost will be deducted from your refund.
  • If a partial return brings your order total below the free-shipping threshold, the flat-rate shipping fee will also be deducted from your refund.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos of the issue. We’ll arrange a replacement or refund at no additional cost to you.


Additional Notes

  • All returned products must be in resalable condition. Items showing signs of use or damage may be declined for refund.
  • We are unable to accept returns on clearance or final-sale items.
